Rehabilitation Program

These services are needed by people who have lost the ability to function normally.

What is Rehabilitation Program?

The Rehabilitation Program provides individuals to receive professional help to regain the ability which has been lost and to return to daily life activities. This treatment includes physical therapy. Rehabilitation does not reverse or undo the damage caused by disease or trauma, but rather helps restore the individual to optimal health, functioning, and well-being.

What is it used to treat?

This program allows individuals to regain independence in everyday activities or improve physical performance in order to enhance independence and a quality of life. Rehabilitation helps to minimize or slow down the disabling effects of chronic health conditions, such as cardiovascular disease, cancer and diabetes by equipping people with self-management strategies and the assistive products they require, or by addressing pain or other complications.
