My day started at Nine Elms clinic for a PRP session. I was super anxious with the process (involves needs and some blood taken) but Brigite and Nicole made me feel super welcomed. The whole process started with some blood taken (usually its a hard process and most of time clinical staff needs to do it several times till they get the good vein) but Brigite was amazing and while i was chatting with Nicole she took blood and i barely noticed - 5 stars service!
After that its time to get the golden serum injected into your scalp - again, involves needles but they make you feel so confortable that the whole process ends up being a nice experience.
5 stars because i cannot give more
